Lauren Carpenter, LMHC

Lauren Carpenter, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Atlas Therapy Collective, providing attachment-based therapy for infants, young children, and families in the Fort Wayne area. She brings over 10 years of experience working with youth and families across a variety of community and clinical settings in both Fort Wayne and Chicago.

Lauren works from an attachment-based and developmentally informed lens, helping families strengthen connection, build secure relationships, and support emotional and relational health. As a first-time parent herself, she has a particular passion for supporting infants, young children, and first-time parents through the early stages of bonding, regulation, and development. Recognizing the growing need for infant and early childhood mental health services, Lauren has dedicated her career to advanced training and education in order to provide high-quality, compassionate care for families during these critical years.

When Lauren isn’t in the therapy chair, she’s usually off on a new adventure with her family, hunting for the best thrift-store finds, or getting lost in a good mystery novel.
