Lia Moore, LMHC

Lia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has experience working with children (6 and older), teenagers, adults, couples, and families in community mental health settings. Lia is passionate about helping individuals improve the quality of their lives by working through their pain, building secure attachments, and navigating life's challenges. 

Lia has specialized training in areas including: DBT, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Education
Lia earned her B.A. in Psychology at Manchester University and her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling at Ball State University.

When Lia is not counseling she enjoys spending her time outside the office listening to podcasts and audiobooks, watching anime and cartoons, hosting board game nights with friends, and spending quality time with family!
