Individual Therapy

Sometimes life feels heavier than it should. You may be overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling unlike yourself.

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and figure out what you want to change. Our therapists work with adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, grief/loss, trauma, identity, major life transitions, and other challenges that can make life feel harder to manage

At Atlas, we believe therapy should feel collaborative and human. Your therapy will meet you where you are, help you understand what’s beneath the surface, and work with you toward meaningful change.

Couples/Parenting Therapy

Relationships can be deeply meaningful and sometimes really hard. When communication breaks down, conflict keeps repeating, or parenting differences create tension, it can be difficult to know how to navigate forward.

Couples and parenting counseling provides a space to pause, understand what is happening beneath the conflict, and learn new ways of communicating and connecting. Whether you’re working though ongoing relationship challenges, adjusting to parenthood, navigating differing parenting styles, or simply feeling disconnected from one another, therapy can help.

Our therapists work collaboratively with couples and parents to build stronger relationships, improve communication, and create healthier patterns that can last beyond the therapy room.

Family Therapy

Families can love each other and still struggle to understand each other. Changes in family dynamics, ongoing conflict, communication difficulties, or major life transitions can leave everyone feeling stuck.

Family therapy create a space for family members to come together, be heard, and better understand each other. Together we work through conflict, improve communication, navigate changing family relationships, and build healthier ways of connecting,

Our therapists meet with families in various different dynamics as needed and work collaboratively to create meaningful change by helping everyone feel understood.
