Group Therapy
The New Mom Collective
A supportive, baby-friendly group for moms in the first year of motherhood.
The early months of motherhood can feel beautiful, overwhelming, lonely, and everything in between; sometimes all in the same day. The New Mom Collective is a gentle, supportive space for moms with babies 0–12 months to slow down, connect, and feel less alone during this intense season.
This group is designed to support your emotional wellbeing as you navigate postpartum life, changing relationships, identity shifts, and the everyday stress of caring for a new baby. Babies are welcome to attend, and you can come exactly as you are: feeding, soothing, rocking, or just trying to catch your breath.
Each week we’ll gather for a grounding moment, a brief topic related to postpartum and early motherhood, open and supportive conversation, and a simple, practical takeaway you can use at home. Topics may include emotional regulation, bonding and attachment, managing overwhelm, self-compassion, and finding your footing as a parent.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to join. You just need a place to be heard, supported, and understood by others who are in it with you.
